Tatum is a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Health Practitioner who believes that real health starts with real food and that “healthy” doesn’t have to mean boring.

Tobie is studying nutrition at Texas Tech University and has developed a growing interest in healthy food, cooking, and learning how food dramatically impacts health.

We're sisters who share a passion for real food, simple ingredients, and bringing people together around the table.

Together, we created the True Food Farm Stand to bring simple, traditionally prepared foods back to our community. Every batch is made in small quantities with care, quality organic ingredients, and a slow fermentation process.
