Who is The Clinical Nutrition Recovery Program for?

The True Recovery Program is for men and women who are tired of chasing symptoms and ready for a root-cause approach to healing.

This program is for you if you’ve been passed from doctor to doctor, tried medications, supplements, or diets, and still don’t feel well or if you’ve been told your labs look “normal,” but your symptoms tell a different story.

It’s for those who want to support long-term health, not just manage symptoms, and who are ready for a structured, clinical, and natural approach using food, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation guided by advanced lab testing.

The goal isn’t just symptom relief.
It’s to help you understand your body, restore balance at the root level, and walk away with clarity, confidence, and a sustainable plan for long-term recovery.

Conditions & Concerns I Commonly Support

I commonly work with individuals dealing with chronic or recurring concerns such as:

  • Digestive issues including IBS, frequent diarrhea or constipation, acid reflux, bloating, gas, food sensitivities, frequent antacid use, food that feels like it “just sits” in the stomach, and difficulty tolerating fiber or fatty foods

  • Gut dysfunction related to long-term or repeated antibiotic use

  • Hormonal and metabolic concerns such as PCOS, thyroid-related symptoms (even with normal labs), metabolic syndrome, glucose mismanagement, blood sugar instability, weight resistance, and fatigue after meals

  • Inflammatory and immune-related symptoms including migraines, chronic inflammation, joint pain, body aches, and slow recovery from illness

  • Skin concerns such as acne, eczema, rashes, ulcerative skin conditions, and unexplained skin flares

  • Mood, stress, and nervous system imbalances including anxiety, mood changes, poor stress tolerance, sleep issues, and brain fog

  • Men’s health concerns, including prostate-related symptoms supported through gut, inflammatory, and metabolic root-cause work

What makes this different from other nutrition programs?

Most plans are generic, surface-level, or overwhelming. The True Recovery Program is lab-based, faith-led, and completely personalized. We combine deep health history work with advanced testing to uncover the real root causes of your symptoms and then build a custom plan to restore your energy, gut health, and peace of mind. All in a way that honors God's design for you to have vibrant health.

What if I don't live in Lubbock?

Our services are completely online, so we can work with clients from anywhere in the US! All consultations, tests, and support are able to be provided remotely, ensuring you receive the care you need no matter where you’re located. Blood tests will have options to various labs and you will be able to choose the one closest to you.

What labs do you use and why?

We start everyone with a Comprehensive Blood Panel to establish a strong baseline and determine further testing if needed. From there, we can use the GI-MAP, MRT-176 food sensitivity test, HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis), DUTCH hormone testing, and Adrenal testing if needed to create your personalized True Recovery Program. These tests help uncover gut infections, inflammation, immune responses, mineral imbalances, hormonal imbalances, and nutrient deficiencies, all of which play a huge role in lingering symptoms and flare-ups.

I don't have digestive issues. Why should I do gut testing?

In functional nutrition, it is widely recognized that many diseases begin in the gut. A large portion of the immune system is found in the gastrointestinal tract. Thus, if there are issues and inflammation in the gut it can spill over into other parts of the body causing dysfunction. Symptoms that can relate back to gut dysfunction include metabolic issues, skin issues like acne or eczema, thyroid problems, autoimmune conditions, blood sugar balance issues, migraines, allergies, immune issues, prostate issues, and more. The health of the gut is a foundational piece of the health puzzle. Because so many diseases can originate in the GI-tract, running gut testing is the heart of all healing protocols. As the gut balances out, many of these symptoms can be resolved. If they don't, we have insights to lead the next steps.

Why should I sign up for a 4-month program instead of just one session?

Because healing takes time and you deserve more than a quick fix. The True Recovery Program gives us the space to go deep: we review your health history, run labs, walk through results together, and create a step-by-step plan with ongoing support. This 4-month container allows you to actually implement the changes, adjust as needed, and feel confident in your healing journey.

What if I need more than 4 months?

If you’re still healing or want continued support after your first 3 months, you’re welcome to sign up for an extension package. Many clients do this when they’re working through deeper issues or want extra accountability and care. Healing isn’t always linear, so I structure my support in blocks to give you space for real progress without overwhelm.

Do I have to take the supplements?

Supplements are always only a recommendation and are never used to "treat" a "condition." However, in these programs supplements will be used for therapeutic purposes, support natural functions that may be lacking, and provide nutritional support in areas of deficiency. All of these supports will be vital to the success of your program and your healing journey as they will help bring balance back to the body. Nutrition is always at the core of our work, but supplementation can be aggressive depending on the results of the various lab testing. Supplements are a great tool to help boost healing outcomes and relieve symptoms while on a protocol to produce results that last for long after the protocol ends.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled call, the consultation fee will be forfeited.

What is an RHP?

A RHP is a Restorative Health Practitioner. I received my certification from the Institute of Restorative Health, a functional nutrition program that focuses on getting to the root cause of issues. We believe in using functional testing to identify factors that are blocking your optimal health. After identifying these blocking factors, we implement dietary, lifestyle, and targeted supplement protocols to allow the body to get back to functioning as it was created to. As a Restorative Wellness Practitioner, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, illnesses, injury, or disease.

What is an NTP?

An NTP is a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. I received my certification from the Nutrition Therapy Association. At the Nutrition Therapy Association, I was trained to make dietary and lifestyle recommendations that impact all levels of the body. The key is doing a thorough nutritional analysis and helping bring the body back into balance to support my clients optimal health. As a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, illnesses, injury, or disease.
